Darkane was formed in Helsingborg, Sweden in 1998 with the mission to combine death and thrash metal with a big dose of both melody and technicality. In the 2000’s Darkane toured Europe, North America and Japan and played on festivals such as Roskilde, Wacken Open Air, Dynamo and Graspop. Before the pandemic Darkane also did some 20 years anniversary shows. In 2022 the band was finally back with their new album “Inhuman Spirits”, which is standing proud and solidifying their place in the metal scene. Darkane also got to tour South America for the first time, now the Swedes are looking forward to additional live shows.
