When Thomas Forsberg aka Quorthon (BATHORY) entered the eternal halls up high in Valhalla on June 3rd in 2004, the Metal Community had lost one of its most individualistic, influential and ground-breaking character. Having released and produced his twelve albums completely on his own, his works left their historical mark on the lyrical and musical evolution of both Black Metal and Viking Metal.

The six men of BLOOD FIRE DEATH manage to put the unique atmosphere of his epic songs on stage with great passion and highest musical skills. BLOOD FIRE DEATH were founded in 2010 and are originated in the region of Karlsruhe and Heidelberg in southern Germany. With a repertoire of almost 35 songs from the Bathory universe, their fanbase has ever since been growing unrelentingly and celebrating the songs frequently together with the band live.
